License Requirements, Fees, and Examination Information:

Persons operating pasteurization equipment at milk processing plants.

Fees: Examination Application: $100; License Renewal: $100.
Examination Frequency: Upon request.

Exam Locations: At place of business.

Experience Requirement: Demonstrate by written, and oral & demonstration examination the ability to operate pasteurization equipment and comply with regulations on operating such equipment.

Average Time to Process Application: 60 days.

Renewal Period: Biennially, expires two years from the date of issue. License renewal fees must be received within 90 days of the license expiration date for renewals to be issued.
